Eligibility management

Users can be granted five different levels of access, i.e. privileges, to the repository's administrative functions and the content stored therein. The privileges assigned to each user type determine which users have access to which interfaces and which changes they can make.

Users' access and permissions are managed by the repository admin, but you can also create internal admins with access to a part of the repository's content, who can grant and manage editorial admin access to the part of the content they manage.

Currently, five user types related to the administration interface can be defined in the system: the repository admin, the admin, the editor, the corrector and the viewer. It is of course not mandatory to use all five levels of access for a given repository.

If the page created from the repository is placed on an intranet interface, frontend users who have access to the intranet interface but do not have access to the administration interface can be created and managed in the system.

There is no restriction on the number of entitlements. However, it is not advisable to allocate to users a higher level of rights than those of responsibility nor even for , reasons of convenience or even exceptional cases.

The USERS menu item in the main menu of the administration interface is used to manage permissions - you can only see this menu item if you have the right to do so.
