User types

Of course, it is not mandatory to use all five levels for a given repository.

The repository admin has access to the full set of administrative functions. He/she can freely upload, edit, delete any of the contents of the repository and manage the settings of pages created from the repository.  The repository admin can create a new user with any of the privileges below.

You can use the admin functions for the contents of repository to which a repository admin has assigned it. You can freely upload, edit, delete the content of the repository that you manage. The admin can create and manage new users in the system with editor, proofreader or viewer access to the assigned content.

The editor is responsible for managing the content of the repository. Accordingly, for the entire repository, or for content that has been assigned by a repository admin or admin, he/she can only perform the administrative functions related to editing: create, edit, delete content.

The proofreader can edit the text of the content assigned to him/her, but his/her rights are limited to editing the content of the repository. It is not possible to create new content or delete existing content with this permission.

The viewer can review the content assigned to it in the administration interface, but cannot make any changes.

If the repository is used to create an intranet site, frontend users who have access to the intranet but do not have access to the administration interface can be created and managed in the system: this is possible for the repository admin and other admins based on the privileges they have been granted.

You can manage your rights in the USERS menu of the main menu of the administration interface - you can only see this menu if you have the right to do so.
