Repository

A repository is a content pool consisting of custom fields and content types formed from these fields.  From the repository  a content can be freely selected, using the Pressonline CMS pre-built layout template or by creating a custom layout to create pages to be published, even if they are available at different URLs. The contents of a repository can thus be displayed on several pages created in Pressonline’s CMS and/or transferred to other applications via API connection.

From the repository's administration interface, you can manage the content of all Pressonline’s CMS pages created from the given content pool. The content types belonging to the repository are displayed and the custom fields that make up the content types can be also edited here 

Access to the administrative interface of a repository is possible at multiple entitlement levels, access is provided by two-factor authentication.
