Canonical

Duplicate content, i.e. where the same or similar content appears on more than one public page, is not automatically penalized by Google's policy, as long as it is properly indicated which is the primary - the canonical - appearance. To do this, a reference to which version of the page is the primary version must be placed in the code of the pages. The Pressonline’s CMS system includes this setting, so the same content can be displayed on multiple URLs, just by indicating which is the primary canonical display.

This option is available on the NEW CONTENT and EDIT CONTENT pages of the administration interface for editing content.
