USERS menu item

Only user types with the appropriate authorization can access the menu item for managing users in the administration interface (so if you do not see this menu item in the interface, you do not have access to it).

Under the menu item

• users with admin or editor privileges associated with a given privilege level, i.e. for the entire repository or a specific part of it
• and, if the page created from the repository is placed on an intranet interface, frontend users who have access to the intranet interface but do not have access to the administration interface  

accesse can be created, edited or deleted.

Of course, it is not mandatory to use all levels for a given repository.
