CONTENTS menu item

This menu item provides a summary table of the content in the repository and available (editable) at the user's level of access. Above the table, the functions for uploading a new content individually (CREATE) or in a group (IMPORT) and for downloading the content (EXPORT) are displayed. 

On the left side of the summary you will find the function buttons related to the content:

  • PEN icon: access the editor interface of the content. 
  • PICTURE Icon: link to the live view of the content (if the content has the status "final").

The icons are followed by columns displaying the content according to their main characteristics, such as:

  • TITLE: to sort the content by title.
  • STATUS: to sort by the status of the content.
  • CONTENT TYPE: for sorting by content type as interpreted in the repository.
  • The various columns that display and sort by the values corresponding to the custom fields of the repository.

At the right side of the summary, you can find the "TRASH BIN" icon to completely delete the content.
