Structure of the administration interface

The main menu on the left of the administration interface contains the menu items available based on the user's level access rights. 

Depending on your privileges, clicking on a menu item will open the editing interface for that menu item:

  • in CONTENTS, you can upload, manage and edit the contents of the repository to which a user with the given level of access rights has access,
  • the USERS menu item is used to manage the users of a given repository, and to access lists of users, if a user with a given privilege level can access them.

It is located on the top, permanent (i.e. accessible from any menu item) menu of the administration interface (from left to right):

  • the HOME button (Pressonline’s CMS notice), which is used to go back to the CONTENTS menu in the administration interface;
  • arrow keys to close and open the main menu on the left (if you need more space on the screen, you can use the arrow keys to open and close the main menu on the left);
  • link to the front page of the page published from the repository;
  • the HELP free-text search box,
  • link to HELP,
  • the user language setting for the administration interface,
  • the user's e-mail address set during registration. Clicking on the address will display the user's profile (PROFILE) and the LOGOUT button to exit the system.
