Operational scheme

In the repositories created in Pressonlin’e CMS, content is stored in sections (e.g. title, introduction, text stem, date, name, number, etc.). These content elements are stored indexed in the CMS database, and when a page is created in the CMS, the system links the content elements based on those elements.

The custom fields, which store content with different attributes, are created during the specification phase before the page is created. From these fields - practically like Lego cubes - the characteristic content types of a given repository are created, from which the pages associated with the repository itself are built. Content that is uploaded to a repository and marked for live publication may appear on one or more pages with different URLs.

The Pressonline’s CMS the user uploads content to the database using  the administration interface, by filling in predefined custom fields or by using an excel-based data import. The uploaded content can be freely modified, added to or deleted at any time using the administration interface.

The Pressonline’s CMS database can assign any metadata to the content recorded in each custom field, making the system's data storage structure ideal for AI solutions.

Access to the administrative interface of a repository is possible at multiple entitlement levels, access is provided by two-factor authentication.
